When you place an order:

You agree to pay the full amount listed, including taxes and shipping where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal or Ozow. We do not store your full payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within 2– 14 business days *dependant on delivery area as well as product availability.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. Natural-Lilly is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs for international orders.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we typically do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

For approved refunds, we will process them to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
